As part of VDWF's joint stands, you have the opportunity to present yourself and your products. Take advantage of this unique platform to generate new orders, or simply to expand your network.

• Support by the project manager in advance and on the spot
• Set-up and dismantling of the joint stand, cabling and lighting
• High-quality stand construction
• Showcases for your exhibits

• Catering service for exhibitors, customers and guests (hot and cold cuisine)
• Stand cleaning, waste disposal, electricity and water usage is included
• Entry in the exhibitor catalog of the trade fair (without logo and product entries)
• 1 parking pass and 2 exhibitor passes are included

We strive to book you and all of your co-exhibitors in the same hotel. VDWF has reserved a quota at most trade fairs. The price for hotel accommodation is not included in the cost. All accomodations are high quality hotels close to the respective fair. Should a hotel be more remote, you will be able to share a ride.
