«voll wild» – the VDWF Managing Directors’ Meeting Place

The aim of the VDWF initiative is to pick up the young generation of entrepreneurs in tool and mould making with their very own topics and questions and also to offer them the opportunity to exchange ideas among like-minded people.

VDWF Managing Director Ralf Dürrwächter: «In the current decade, 80 percent of toolmaking companies are facing a generation change. And the boys simply communicate with other media and with a different self-image than their parents».

Therefore, part of the initiative's concept is also to meet alternately at companies for targeted seminars and production visits, but also to actively celebrate a «special» end to the day
